CLAYBRICKS & TILES SDN BHD (CLAYBRICKS) is a sole Malaysian owned company incorporated in 1990. is presently the largest leading manufacturer of fine quality clay brick/veneer in Malaysia. The Company built its factory in Kota Tinggi, a historic town  which is some 55 kilometers from Johor Bahru. The factory owns a piece of land of 100 hectares with a large reserve of fine grade of clays.

      As denoted by the name, the company involves in the manufacture of a wide range of burnt clay products namely;

      Our stateoftheart plant, located in Kota Tinggi, Johor, has a monthly production capacity of 10,000,000 units of bricks/pavers.

     The factory has two production lines equipped with a lineup of modern brick making machinery, two tunnel kilns and tunnel dryers. The production lines are fully mechanized incorporated  with automatic control system for firing of brick at

1,250 degree to achieve high strength in tunnel kiln to ensure consistency in quality. All raw materials are carefully analyzed and tested using advanced computeraided equipment before production. All products are produced under most stringent quality control.The monthly production capacity is equivalent to 10 million bricks and is presently the largest producer of quality burnt clay products in the Country.

      The products consist of a wide variety of products in colours and textures. The texture ranges from smooth face, bark face, rock face, sandblast, tumble and cobble; the color from white, cream, grey, purple to many other combinations. Accessory bricks and bricks of special shapes are also produced to fulfil the pursue of perfection by some architects/designers in their designs. In fact, the Company welcomes orders as per the clients' requirements and specifications.

    Besides catering for the local and regional markets, including that of East Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, the Company has made inroads into the international markets such as Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Maldives, Australia, Mauritius, New Zealand, Middle East, and Europe.

Today, Claybricks is the largest quality brick exporter in Malaysia.
